ReMiXiN'

Music, thats what keeps me going through the day. I listen to music constantly. I listen to various genres of music. The music genre I mostly am into is dance/techno music. Something about music puts me into my own place, where I can just be myself. In the car, my room, or listening to my headset, music is there with me always.

I used to be in the punk rock and alternative music back in the day. Do not get me wrong, I still go back, but I have moved on. What gets me is dance music. The beats and synths is what I crave. I'll search and search for new music all day till I get a good playlist. Searching hard pays off and finding music that is worthwhile. I like to think I have good taste in music. People are always wanting me to get my iPod, or people would like me to give them songs. I like to think my taste in music has a wide range and compliments my taste. 

In my spare time, I like to music mix. This consists of making new beats, remixing an original song, or just beat matching two songs together. I really enjoy seeing and hearing something that I have created. When it makes me move, thats when I know that its where it needs to be. I will sit for hours on in, just mixing away. 

I have participated in Project Excel and got to the third round. That's a big accomplishment for me. I have done on the side contests as well. I would like to be able to do this for a living. It would be neat to be able to travel and show the world what I could do. Meeting new people and being able to entertain would be a nice goal to reach.
